Coinbase ShutOUT or Shutdown?? Cant Buy in Low and cant sell at the high.. What gives??

I know I am not the only one who has been dealing with this...

Coinbase.....
So when the the volume is high and its time to make moves you CAN'T.. Site overload!!

If you look at your purchase History in Coinbase and see when volumes are high and you have tried to purchase all the way up the rise and finally you get in way up from where you started.. I was trying to buy at the dip and low and behold my transactions are not going through.. Yet I went through all the screens and i received purchase confirmations real time from Coinbase. Nothing has actually happened. No pending transactions..

Are they buying in the LOWS and SELLING in the Highs in OTHER exchanges??

This has definitely put a very bad taste in my mouth for Coinbase ... You get fee'd plenty along the way.. No reason to not allow us to use the SERVICE we are paying for when we need it most.. Not to mention we cant even have access to account and funds.. That is the one worst thing you can do in this market in my opinion..
