What steps do we take if the purchased steempower does not reach our wallet? I purchased steempower through Block Trades several days ago and its not showing in my wallet.

The steempower showed up in my account in parentheses like this: (+10,289.215 STEEM)...anyone know the difference between that and the steem power listed on top that is not in parentheses?
