鼓鼓充值的手续高是因为bts在行情极端的情况下，会是锚定货币锚定出现偏差。也就是说你看到手续是10%,并不是充值的人要揩你10%的油。而是现在1bitcny确实价值1.1人民币。

    所以这个手续费是要拿的对吧，这也是bts价值的一部分，是不是可以这样理解？因为如果你提现是会倒付你这么多手续费的
