I still feel like BTC has not gone down far enough just yet to really be in a position for recovery yet. But I do feel like we can be getting close. Going from January graphs of previous years the dip has been deeper than we have seen.

I'm still considered a noob but noticed the relative stability of steem and sbd when bitcoin dips. I'm really happy with my choice to get steem but honestly I havn't been worried about the price because there is so much utility on steemit.
