I am currently having similar issue. I can't see my power down from steem dollar to steem and it's being over 7 days and a few hours. I can't even see where it says ... my next power down is x days or something. I have no idea what to do or who to contact for this error. :(

    oh shoot, I am sorry about that. Yeah, I'd appreciate a custom service or something. a chat room or something where these questions get answered. Other exchanges and platforms like reddcoin are really good at it. is there a platform for support for steem issues somewhere?
