Sorry. I am a newbie. from what I understood.
just in case if you want to withdraw your steam power and make it fiat money, it will take 2 years to withdraw that and make fiat? how would you be able to use that 1m, just in case if anything happens?

    That has changed. It used to be 2 years, but now it's only 13 week. Still a while but not as bad as 2 years.
