Experts say the Steem price will go up in a year and will touch $100 mark. Keeping that in view, if you have 690 Steem in your account, here is actual value of that amount in USD:
690 Steem x $100 = $69000
If you have 690 Steem in your account right now, that means you have $910.8 USD in your account. The current value of Steem is $1.32 that is likely to go up in this month.

For me, this is a great news and if we keep doing regular activities as Steemit, we can hit this target easily. Give 30 minute gaps between your upvotes and maximize your rewards. Read these Upvoting Guidelines. Regarding comments, don't just post "Good Post", "Followed, Upvoted and resteemed", "Great post" and "Liked it" etc rather try to spark discussion on the topic the post is about. Also, try commenting on a post before anyone else does. This has more chances to get upvotes. I think, this way we can manage to earn at least 1 Steem per day easily.

I read this discussion in a post from one of the Whales that Steem pricing will go up in a year and shared with Minnows. I'm continuously in discussions with other like minded people and some of them are frustrated for not being able to make good money at this platform the way Whales or Dolphins or even some Minnows are making. Way before it reaches even 5$ the whales are going to exchange their steem dollars for usd and the price will go down again. I doubt it is ever going to reach 10$. Sorry for the pessimism, but it is my opinion and I think it is valid.

New to steemit, didn't know about the 30 min gap. Instagram has similar restrictions, if you comment on a lot of posts in a short duration they disable commenting. Thanks for the info!
