You can't buy 100% of steemit. For starters I would not sell my Steem.

And even if you did Steem would not be decentralised any more.

    Remember, steemit.com is not STEEM. Yes you can buy 100% of steemit.com but you can't buy 100% of STEEM. Important difference.
