Boredom can be said to be the state of feeling disinterested in every activites going on in ones evironment. Most times, during this period of boredom, one tends to be hyperactive and experiences difficulty in maintaining attention.

Some few causes of Boredom.

• Loneliness: When one is lonely, has nothing to do and has nobody to talk to, they tend to be bored and lose interest in whatever is going on around them, during this period, time becomes very slow, even life itself becomes dull, slow and tiring.
• Inferiority Complex: this is another cause of boredom, when people belittle themselves in the presence of their equals and feel they are not needed or their opinions doesn't really matter. When these things happen, the affected individuals tend to feel inferior and this could lead to boredom.

What Do You Do When You Are Bored?

The question above does not have a general answer. The answer to this question is dependent on the individual answering the question. For example...
Today i was at home all through the day all alone, i didn't go tobwork because of the holiday. Nobody came to visit so after my chores, i ate and went back to sleep. When i woke up, i was bored because i had nothing to do so i took my pen and a paper and i drew the picture below.

Don't get me wrong, i'm not an artist, i'm an engineer but because i was bored, i just wanted to keep myself busy and the only thing i felt like doing was to draw an anime.
