It's all about growing and cultivating sound agreements. Steem and Steemit make it easy. SBD's and Steem Power stack on utility and brilliantly leverage the network effect for mutual benefit. A grandiose social experiment in early days! The people here now are the thought leaders....the entrepreneurs and innovators....and the one's who just so happen to be "fortunate" and "lucky" to be at the 'right place at the right time'. That being said, it's a matter of our "seeing and utilizing the tools here".

Participating effectively and efficiently in expanding my overall "Bandwith" as my overall network effect. This is my Process Journey and track record with historical documentation. This is a sharing process of Creation. Which is quite Awesome. The Awesomeness here is so new, it's a process in sharing and showcasing the specifics of the Awesomeness here...which is an unbelievable opportunity to be one of the early pioneers in transforming the nature of the Internet Attention Based Economy.
Ironically, or not so ironically...this is what i've always wanted....what i've been searching and seeking for as a way to streamline social networking in a way that's most excellent for all my peers whom I am peer to peer networking with.
SMT's will stack value on top of value - making Steem, more and more a 'premium fuel' for our social networking world economy. The effectiveness of implementation of SMT's will be a result of clear structured organized instructions...making it easy to accommodate existing platforms and to be added in compliment to new platforms and applications.
The fun part about the SMT's is the Creative Process. It's interesting because in creating something new it's a matter of organizing and educating the vision effectively. People need to be able to easily see and realize "winning formulas". This being early days...it's a time for "Fresh Tracks Trail Blazing". Exciting times indeed.

From my understanding it has a built in inflation, is it not possible to stay a dollar indefinitely?

The rate of inflation of steem lessens each year. It's around 9% right now.
The SBD (steem backed dollar...which is a different thing than Steem) was designed to stay around 1.00 in price....but as we've seen in the markets over the last many months it's quite possible for it to be traded for more and less. SBD's i think peaked at around 2.00 in june.
The price of Steem will rise with increased capital coming into the platform...stronger demand for it. With enough interest coming in for steem it is not that difficult for the price to climb...as a large percentage of the 'utility' of steem is in locking it up into steem power.

I like your enthusiasm, I will hold off on the huge predictions for now. I think within the community we still have a lot of work to do on this platform to help it get mainstream traction. I would love to see $10 in the future, but I would also be happy if this time next year saw steems price around the $5 mark.

I feel the price of Steem to $10 for next year is too optimistic. Even with a huge investment in Steem recently, the price rose for only a week and fell back down to around $1.
