I agree and I cry. Imagine a newbie like me, who can make only 2 comments with his starting RC, until his account recharges back in few days time. What's the point of that? Just dolphins and whales will be pumping the STEEM, which there will be nobody to buy, unless they find a sucker to do it. I sure won't be one under this conditions.
