this is an old traditional way to cook a whole lamb . we call it ( zarb )
poor victim after relaxing in spices for 6 hours .
am sure he is going to heaven later on , but we are hungry and we have to set the fire
the charcoal is red , the heat is high , the lamb inside , rest in peace my friend
