I agree. People have right to their opinion. People have a right to consume misinformation when it justifies their biases. People also have a right to correct and challenge that misinformation when they see or hear it. When these conspiracy theories are patently false and lead to the demonizing of victims. When people consider these conspiracy theories fact and harass these victims, then Youtube is liable for giving these people a platform. You can tout the first amendment if Youtube was a government institution. It's not, so they have a right as a private company to decide what content they allow on their site.
