Steemit is your baby, don't destroy it @dan.
I woke up this morning to my friend showing me a tweet from @dan saying he is in process of making a "Steem" on EOS (Not sure if it is real)... First off I LOVE @dan and I'm invested in all of his blockchain companies heavily, but how he is treating Steem is BS in my opinion. I'm not sure what happened between @ned and @dan, but STEEM is your baby guys. This seems like a divorce and I'm the kid deciding which parent I want to stay with lol [STEEM or EOS]
I always post my Steemit/Dtube videos on Youtube to help PROMOTE this blockchain!!....This is what I write in the description, "Youtubers :) you should sign up for Steemit.com or Dtube, it's free to signup. You get paid to do the same EXACT thing you are doing on Youtube. EVERYONE makes money, not just the people at the top. Even if you don't like to make quality posts, you can make money from UPvoting and Resteeming other users on the platfrom in the form of curation rewards... Give it a try my friends."
My advice is not good advice, let alone legal advice lol. Do your own research.
All blockchains should unify instead of trying to attack each other. We are all on the same side guys.

I really hope Dan doesn't start a war with Steem...Most EOS holders are Steem holders.

STEEM distribution is heavily centralized which means the platform will inevitably fail. The next iteration of social media on EOS will not be sharedropped on STEEM and will presumably have far better token distribution (EOS token distribution is currently the most decentralized on the planet).

John, I just dropped by to say a quick thanks for the support and votes here and there man.
I see most of them I think and the resteems at times and it is appreciated.
I am pretty sad at all the Steemit issues, the collusion, the people who turn on people like me who tried to help people and have spoken out at times, it saddens me a lot.
I blog a lot on EOS and BTS because I think they are great projects even though I am still a blockchain newb compared to most of you and I know that.
-- anyways, John thank you. I always appreciate some support and I mean that.
