INTRODUCTION:
We want to start a series of health talk. This health talk will benefit everyone who reads the posts. Sometimes, we kill ourselves by what we eat.
WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM EACH OTHER
Do you know that the type of food you are eating might be responsible for the DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, ARTHRITIS, INFLAMMATION, IMPOTENCY, LOW SPERM COUNT, WEAK ERECTION, ULCER, STRESS, CANCER, ASTHMA, OVERWEIGHT, SKIN DISEASES, OR MALARIA that you suffer?
Yes, this has been proven. Everytime you eat or drink, you are either feeding or fighting diseases.
One food can either be a medicine or a killer, depending on persons.
"People are fed by food industries who pays no attention to health, they are treated by health industries who pays no attention to food".
Your immune system needs more than a boost. At the end of this Health series in betterlife, I will be able to answer the following questions:
- Is there any connection between blood group and food we eat?
- Is your blood group your true identify?
- Why is one food good for some people and harmful to others?
- Is it through that there is such a thing like family diseases?
- Does your blood group determine your response to stress and exercise?
- How do you know the food that is good for your blood group type?
These and some other questions will be answered as we go on in this study series.
Please thank you for your time. I will start with the first question in the next post.
