Ah, I see. This interface uses steem connect, an app which allows you to give you private key for curation (your posting key) in confidence that it will never be exposed to any third part app such as steem auto. The idea being that u can trust steem connect, but dont have to trust any other service that requires your key. As a result u giving ur key to steem connect means that steem auto can now control your upvoting to match steem ambassador without knowing your private key. I hope this is clear. How ever if it is not please ask more questions on the blog that I wrote about steemauto and not here since it is not necessarily relevant to this blog
