In Indonesia, many steemians grow so fast. No one can stem them. We can only give a good understanding of how to post good content, not spammers, and introduce the future of blockchain and steem and steemit.

I follow all posts and activities @rismanrachman over the period of 6 months back until I finally chose him as a speaker in a documentary

I strongly agree if he becomes steem-ambassador, hard work and his vision of steem is very accurate. He does not take advantage of anything by promoting steem and steemit. He was just happy with this new system, which he used to call the "renainsans" of the digital world.

So there's no reason for me to doubt @rismanrachman as a steem-ambassador

he has dragged my name too, so on this topic i went to his gmail which has given in all his post and that i found he has given fake gmail .... [email protected] doesn't exist.... he is nothing then a fake id who is bothering all the new users i have seen that he's abusing just all the new users who cannot damage his reputation.... @steem-ambassador it has become very serious issue i had seen many users getting flagged just because of his fake reports which is very disheartening for them ...
i had come because i know how hard people have been working to get the reputation and fake people like magoo-1 is destroying it ... im also doing some more investigation and massage the post owner to aware about his scam ...

I know the name Risman A Rachman a.k.a @rismanrachman since I was in high school. He is a senior journalist in Aceh who often preaches about the suffering of the people of Aceh during the conflict. That's an old story. Post-peace, this name remains famous in the world of writing, and in steemit, it comes as an encouragement and motivator for us young writers. I have known @rismanrachman long before Steemit existed. I have my own reasons why I chose to support Bang @ rismanrachman. Because I know him? No!

I see Risman having a clear vision and mission in theSteemit. Without the need to ask directly, posting by post that he made so far is enough to explain the matter. I know risman rahma is the right hand @levicore and @aiqabrago and they are foster children of curie.
From what I have observed with other steemian friends in Indonesia that risman rahman is very much at odds with the more senior steemians of him.
I am very sure if @rismanrachman become ambassador of Indonesia hence promoter in Aceh will not get vote from @rismanrachman except foster boy from curie and close friend from aicabrago and levycord who will get vote.
this is the reason I rejected Risman Rahman's brother to be ambassador in Indonesia.

OK, a few other people are dissenting too. The allegation seems to be that @rismanrachman only upvotes his friends (unless I have misunderstood). The guidance for Steem Ambassadors is clear, and their curating needs to be on an equal and fair basis.

That said, I think there would need to be some evidence that this takes place. Ultimately rismanrachman has been free to upvote whatever he wanted. As a Steem Ambassador he would be expected to curate approximately 35 promo-steem posts per week. Past behaviour is not necessarily what will happen going forward.

I think it may be worthwhile looking at the data from the blockchain, and letting the community look it over. There are a lot of positive comments here, but it is important that dissenters are given the chance to question it, and reject an application.

I will personally stay neutral on this one, and neither support nor reject. As part of the approval, @rismanrachman has the right to reply to this.

Here are the facts on @rismanrachman's account, as compiled over the last 31 days.

I've run reports on outgoing vote diversity, incoming flags, and network voting diagram. The results are below:

There are of course other ways to analyse the data, but I thought vote diversity would be a good measure. It suggests that there is a very fair amount of vote diversity from this user. Later on I will see if I can run a report on #promo-steem posts made by @rismanrachman.

I really appreciate this discussion. I want to remain neutral here. There is overwhelmingly support on this applicant. I suggest the following way forward:

for now, provide benefit of doubt based on overwhelming support.
monitor closely the actions the candidate takes as a steem ambassador
allow for evidence based discussion as we see how the candidate performs as an ambassador.
the candidate meets all criteria for application
the candidate has agreed to follow the ambassador responsibilities
the candidate will be made aware that this issue has been highlighted and that community is monitoring their progress very closely for compliance with the steem ambassador responsibilities and community guidelines.

Yes, of course. But in the absence of any evidence, it's hard to ignore overwhelming support. I totally get that you have a problem with him, and as you know I spent time talking to you in Discord to try to understand what the issue was, and so far I haven't seen anything that would raise any red flags for me. It seems that the issue is that he doesnt vote for everyone. But that would be impossible as he just wouldn't have the voting power, and nor is this a reason to reject anyone. You also said that he only votes for people who have his phone number, but in fact the evidence suggest otherwise, and statistically his voting is extremely diverse AND he doesn't self vote either. So in the absence of any evidence of any abuse, which you are still very welcome to post here, (and which @rismanrachman will have the opportunity to respond to), it's hard to ignore the overwhelming support he has got. It is for the community to decide ultimately, but if you weigh it all up, so far @rismanrachman has an awful lot of support here.

@riscmanrahman is under the ally of the curator @curie ... or next to the @curie curator ie @levicore and @aiqabrago if @riscmanrahman so Ambassador promo-steem then the promoters who are doing the promo-steem certainly do not get the Upvote from its like experience that has happened now on the steemian that do not have mobile phone number @levicore and @aiqabrago then steemian not get upvote from them .
