Update: More curation rewards - Upvote after seconds instead of minutes

Quick update:
Upvoting at good time will bring users more curation rewards. On Steemauto you can now set times based on minutes. But with decimals!

It's easier to add support for decimal numbers rather than changing whole system from minutes to seconds based time frame.

For example, a user may want to upvote after 4.85 minutes (= 4 minutes and 51 seconds)

Visit your Fanbase/Curation trail on Steemauto and edit times if needed.
