How Do I Make a Transfer Memo?

I've been gone from STEEM for a while and find many changes. This is basically just a test to see if I can post or do anything on the blockchain at all.

I've been trying to transfer my steem basic income shares but can't seem to find any way to do any kind of interaction with my liquid steem.
