Good Post. I can see where you're coming from. Im around 210-220 lbs and when I started it was like I got thrown in a shark tank with a concrete suit and raw meat around my neck. I'd get destroyed continuously by the smaller more advanced classmates. As time went on I finally caught on to the flow and now I'm able to catch them. Jiu Jitsu can humble you in a heart beat and give you the confidence to grow on the mat as well as a person in day to day life....that's what it did for me. Keeping your ego in check is very important in personal growth. I think you made a good point.
