Spam comments will be grounds for termination of the monthly upvote comment subscription.

What is the percentage of the upvote?

There is no set percentage because VP fluctuates. However, this subscription has a controlled amount of upvotes the subscriber can earn daily so the percentage will range from 20-35% upvotes.
The first day when you subscribe, comment on two of any of my recent posts before sending in for the subscription. Those two comments will be upvoted 100% each. You can comment on four posts that day!!!
