Lose It

I downloaded the app called Lose It, it helps give me a goal plan towards getting to my weight desire, by setting up a calorie intake per day, it also let you scan what you eat throughout the day and post how many calories you consumed, also, it tells you how many calories you burn through exercising, housecleaning or what ever else you do. I decided to use the app blockgators use when I start walking, I have to look at his last post to get the right one to download. So far I had a large boil egg for breakfast, a 7 inch banana and a pack of cheese crackers for lunch which came up to 479 calories, but I spent 15 minutes cleaning up the house that burnt off 77 calories, do I am down to 402 calories, for dinner me and my daughter decided on grilled chicken tender 2 pc. and broccoli for dinner which will be 360 calories, so my intake for the day will be 762, but before I go to sleep I am planning on doing a twenty minutes workout. I want to see how much I can really lose by the end of the month, no more sweets and pops, today just a protein diet for this month, we got this information by watching the show - My 600 lb life, and this is what the doctor put them on when he wants them to lose weight for that first month, 1200 calories, if they stick to it, they could lose any where from 80 to 100 lbs. let me stressed that I am not on a diet, I just want to make or have a better eating habit for myself, because when you say you're on a diet, you tend to set yourself up for failure, but if you change the way you eat, it should become like a natural thing to do. At least I can still eat meat and veggies (in moderation), it's the consumption I have to stay focus on, l must admit, this really feels good, can't wait to see what progress we have made at the end of the month.
