How is this allowed? To me it seems like a way to cheat the system and if that is the then how is Steem based sites any better then Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Up until now I was very bullish on Steem/Steemit. Now that I can see how easily the system can be manipulated by those with money it seems to be the same shit on a different platform.

          New to steem, but I don’t believe they are actually hidden but only unseen due to lack of popularity. If you click on any comment, they seem to appear

            Interesting. I agree with you though since there is the ability to purchase steem power. Very old world capitalist. Not that capitalism is a bad thing, but the more conscious the better

                I'm confused, are you saying @trevonjb is a known piece of shit or that I am? I also really don't understand why I got so many thumbs down for asking an honest question. Coming from YouTube, Twitter and the like and being new to Steem this kind of thing would be highly discouraged and could even lead to my accounts being closed.
