The decision to receive Him and surrender to His will is what determines a man's re-birth.
Accepting Jesus Christ totally into your life is what makes you different from the rest of the world.

The Jews rejection of Him (John 11:1) made them live under the yoke of the law. But it gave the world an opportunity of adoption into God's family, John 1:12. Are you born of God?.
