COUNSELOR is someone who guides others through the word either admonishment or exhortation. Christ said of himself: "my words are Spirit and they are Life". And he also said, "He who hears my words and keeps them will be like a wise man who founded his house on the rock" (Matthew 7).
As our LAWYER before God, He defends us before the tribunal of God's justice and offers Himself as payment for our transgressions. The word of God tells us that no one comes to the Father except through his son Jesus.
