To whom does God give wealth? Who are the recipient of riches and honour from God? Our opening Scripture answers this question. It tells us that by humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and honour, and life. The world believes that the contrary is true. They believe that pride and corruption in despise of God's ways bring prosperity. They are ignorant of the fact that God created the earth, and the principles that govern the world are of and from Him. The devil did not create the earth, and so his ungodly principles of amassing wealth are not original; he only wants to twist God's principles to create his own. The earth will only respond faithfully and consistently to God's principles of wealth creation, not the devil's.

Proverbs 13:22 tells us that

A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

All the wealth that the ungodly are gathering far themselves is only temporal. The unchanging Word of God says the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just; which means they laid it up, but not for themselves. They only laid up the wealth for the just. The just is a righteous man who fears the Lord and walks in His ways. He does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the ways of sinners, nor sit in the seat of the scornful (Psalms 121-3).

It is worthy of note that anyone who amasses wealth to himself by ungodliness will not live long enough to enjoy it. He is laying it up for the godly. Those who embezzle public funds, or steal from their bosses, just to get wealthy cannot have the blessing of God on them; but those who humble themselves and seek the Lord by following His righteous ways, will increase in wealth, riches and honour; for God gives riches, honour and life to those who fear Him. Job was a just man who feared the Lord and he was the richest and greatest of the people in the East (Job 1:1-3).

Physical things may be very appealing, but can it give us a happy life? Some rich people because of their desire to get rice have gotten involved in many illegitimate activities. We must stay alert to the consequences of "loving money more than God" and recognize the constant need for humility as a primary feature of our spiritual resume. Thanks for sharing.

Well said indeed

Humility is one very important topic worthy of note. Truly, a man that humbles himself, God will lift him. But a man that is proud shall be brought down.

  • Then the man who had received the one talent came. 'Master,' he said, 'I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed.

    • Take the talent from him and give it to the one who has the ten talents.

The unchanging Word of God says the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just; which means they laid it up, but not for themselves.

This is a fact because even in our world, we can see example of them around us.

To think one will become rich by living humbly never enters the mind of one who truly is. They have no thought of riches and honor as the earned reward for humility. They are humble out of a profound sense of their own poverty. Yet the wisdom of Solomon states the wages of humility are riches, honor, and life.
The Bible says: Proverb 22:4 Humility is the fear of the LORD; its wages are riches and honor and life.

Those who truelly trust in the lord and work with him will always be happy and receive his blessing.

Grace is upon those who trust him and do his will through his word.
God is the only one who can forgive us our sins any time we have gone contrary to his will.
His desire is tinder us successful in life and not to see us fail his love has always guilded those who trust in him and his mercies his been the focus in our lives.
We who call our selves Christ should always find some where in our hearts to forgive those who have done wrong to us and we should. Always be perfect and rejoice because he the lord will forgive us too.

The truly humble person will be rich in spiritual matters, luxuriating in peace with God, confident in the prospect of eternal reward; and, recognizing and appreciating those “riches” as coming to them personally from God’s hand. They consider themselves as mightily blessed beyond all deserving. These are the riches, honor, and life which are the wages of humility in the fear of God.

Humility is a kind of virtue that pleases God. A humble person is the right candidate for God's blessings and prosperity. The bible says : But he gives more grace. Therefore he says, God resists the proud, but gives grace unto the humble. James 4:6

Humility and the fear of the Lord God always being wealth, honour and life from God to us humans.

Thanks for sharing, God bless you.

Material things are not well off in the Kingdom, what is affluent is to realize that he is the unparalleled genuine God and with that all things might be included.

Humility is like a magnet of blessings.
A humble person never cease to be blessed and favored, especially by God because humility shows that we have no power of our own and that God is the true source of everything in life

Buen mensaje @boykhilo Humility is one of the greatest virtues of the human being, and nothing is fought with material wealth, being a belief that humility = poverty, and nothing more wrong than such an assertion, since humility is a quality, a way of life , a way of behaving, knowing what we are, what we have and what we lack, without feeling superior to the people around us with our achievements, capabilities, material successes that have been achieved and poverty that is more of a financial circumstance.

At the time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them and said, “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” [Matthew 18:2-4 (ESV)].

Decorous accessories often accompany our acquisition of substantial wealth. None of these accessories is more damaging to our character than hubris — pride. None is more necessary in prosperity than humility.

… all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, “for God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your anxiety upon Him, because He cares for you. [1 Peter 5:5-7]

humility paves way for God's people,God gives grace to the humble.
Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves,When pride comes, then comes disgrace,But with humility comes wisdom.

Proverbs 11:2 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited. Romans 12:16 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up. James 4:10 Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.

True humility allows us to enjoy success, fame and wealth by recognizing them as gifts from God. When we sincerely believe that our achievements are only due to Divine favors, pride poses no danger. Our thoughts remain immune from arrogance and conceit because we understand the source of our prosperity.

Be humble before God!

“Humility is the fear of the Lord; its wages are riches and honor and life.” Proverbs 22:4

To think one will become rich by living humbly never enters the mind of one who truly is. They have no thought of riches and honor as the earned reward for humility. They are humble out of a profound sense of their own poverty. Yet the wisdom of Solomon states the wages of humility are riches, honor, and life.

Even if what you say was true during Old Testament times there's no guarantee that God makes believers rich today. Even if we get rich it all belongs to God. It's not ours. God has entrusted that wealth to us. It's like the parable of the talents.

(Matthew 25:14-30 NIV) "Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his property to them. {15} To one he gave five talents of money, to another two talents, and to another one talent, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. {16} The man who had received the five talents went at once and put his money to work and gained five more. {17} So also, the one with the two talents gained two more. {18} But the man who had received the one talent went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master's money. {19} "After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. {20} The man who had received the five talents brought the other five. 'Master,' he said, 'you entrusted me with five talents. See, I have gained five more.' {21} "His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!' {22} "The man with the two talents also came. 'Master,' he said, 'you entrusted me with two talents; see, I have gained two more.' {23} "His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!' {24} "Then the man who had received the one talent came. 'Master,' he said, 'I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. {25} So I was afraid and went out and hid your talent in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.' {26} "His master replied, 'You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed? {27} Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest. {28} "'Take the talent from him and give it to the one who has the ten talents. {29} For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him. {30} And throw that worthless servant outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'

Much of our joy in possessing things comes from feeling superior or greater than others. As we inventory our accumulate possessions, we condescendingly compare ourselves to family, friends and foes, inwardly gloating over our prosperity and prestige. Our attitude oozes disdain and conceit.

Our houses, our cars, our clothes become haughty symbols of status and prestige. Soon, they define what we do and who we are. We even take pride in being humble in our extravagance.

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. [Philippians 2:3-4].

God has given us the power to get wealth,as bornagain we have been born into wealth ,2 Corinthians 8:9 For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.Deuteronomy 8:18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

To think one will end up rich by living unassumingly never enters the brain of one who genuinely is. They have no idea of wealth and respect as the earned reward for quietude. They are unassuming out of their very own significant feeling destitution. However the shrewdness of Solomon expresses the wages of quietude are wealth, respect, and life.

Being Humble - is one essential theme deserving of note. Genuinely, a man that lowers himself, will lift him. However, a man that is glad might be cut down. This is also a very important one in any religion!

The Lord and strolls in His ways. He doesn't stroll in the guidance of the profane, nor remain in the methods for miscreants, nor sit in the seat of the contemptuous. It is deserving of note that any individual who gathers riches to himself by profaneness won't live sufficiently long to appreciate it. He is laying it up for the virtuous. The individuals who steal open subsidizes, or take from their supervisors, just to get affluent can't have the gift of God on them; yet the individuals who lower themselves and look for the Lord by following His upright ways, will increment in riches, wealth and respect; for God gives wealth, respect and life to the individuals who fear Him. Regarding finances, living a life of humility and understanding the exponential repercussions of a single action on those within the same ecosystem can help ground your approach toward budgeting. Once you realize that a single purchase or deposit can have an effect upon future outcomes greater than the single initial outcome, you can begin to embrace the power and potential every small action has.

Buen mensaje @boykhilo Humility is one of the best excellencies of the individual, and nothing is battled with material riches, being a conviction that quietude = destitution, and nothing more wrong than such an attestation, since modesty is a quality, a lifestyle , a method for acting, comprehending what we are, what we have and what we need, without feeling better than the general population around us with our accomplishments, abilities, material triumphs that have been accomplished and neediness that is all the more a money related situation.

The humility of Jesus, was the greatest in the history of humanity, being the son of the creator, I leave the heavens to become man, I abandon all his greatness and divine pocision to die in a crus and give eternal salvation to the one who believes in him, attesting to the Creator's love for us. Praised be Lord.

Physical things might be extremely engaging, yet would it be able to give us a glad life? Some rich individuals in light of their want to get rice have become associated with numerous ill-conceived exercises. We should remain alarm to the outcomes of "cherishing cash more than God" and perceive the consistent requirement for lowliness as an essential element of our profound resume. A debt of gratitude is in order for sharing.

thanks for this great post ialways follow you for more good blog

Material things are not wealthy in the Kingdom, what is wealthy is to know that he is the one and only true God and with that all things shall be added.
