The kid Samuel served before the Lord under Eli. In those days the expression of the Lord was uncommon; there were relatively few dreams.
One night Eli, whose eyes were winding up so feeble that he could scarcely observe, was resting in his typical place. The light of God had not yet gone out, and Samuel was resting in the place of the Lord, where the ark of God was. At that point the Lord called Samuel.
Samuel replied, "Here I am." And he hurried to Eli and stated, "Here I am; you called me."
Be that as it may, Eli stated, "I didn't call; backpedal and rests." So he went and set down.
Again the Lord called, "Samuel!" And Samuel got up and went to Eli and stated, "Here I am; you called me."
"My child," Eli stated, "I didn't call; backpedal and rests."
Presently Samuel did not yet know the Lord: The expression of the Lord had not yet been uncovered to him.
A third time the Lord called, "Samuel!" And Samuel got up and went to Eli and stated, "Here I am; you called me."
At that point Eli understood that the Lord was calling the kid. So Eli told Samuel, "Go and rests, and in the event that he calls you, say, 'Speak, Lord, for your worker is tuning in.'" So Samuel went and set down in his place.
The Lord came and remained there, calling as at alternate circumstances, "Samuel! Samuel!"
At that point Samuel stated, "Talk, for your hireling is tuning in."
What's more, the Lord said to Samuel: "See, I am going to accomplish something in Israel that will make the ears of everybody who finds out about it shiver. Around then I will do against Eli all that I talked against his family—from start to finish. For I disclosed to him that I would judge his family always as a result of the transgression he thought about; his children cursed God,[a] and he neglected to control them. In this manner I vowed to the place of Eli, 'The blame of Eli's home will never be gave penance for by forfeit or advertising.'"
Samuel set down until the point that morning and afterward opened the entryways of the place of the Lord. He was reluctant to disclose to Eli the vision, however Eli called him and stated, "Samuel, my child."
Samuel replied, "Here I am."
"What was it he said to you?" Eli inquired. "Try not to conceal it from me. May God manage you, be it extremely, in the event that you avoid me anything he let you know." So Samuel let him know everything, concealing nothing from him. At that point Eli stated, "He is the Lord; let him do what is great in his eyes."
The Lord was with Samuel as he grew up, and he let none of Samuel's words tumble to the ground. And all Israel from Dan to Beersheba perceived that Samuel was authenticated as a prophet of the Lord. The Lord kept on showing up at Shiloh, and there he uncovered himself to Samuel through his assertion.
Thanks for sharing this bible account. Samuel was one willing to serve God. His reply to God's message shows this. Your texts really looks well organised, nice one. If you know you are copying from somewhere, try to reference your work properly.

We need more Eli's in our generation today. Eli knew that it was God speaking to Samuel and he told him exactly what he needed to do when he heard the voice again. We need people who are willing to help people and put them in the right direction.

A man after God’s own heart is one who seeks to actively live in obedience to God while being captivated by the beauty, sufficiency, and necessity of God and is one who responds properly when confronted with his sin.

To have a heart after God’s heart, we must be converted, be Spirit-filled, spend time alone with God, and be obedient in small things.

When God scans the earth for potential leaders, He is not on a search for angels in the flesh. He is certainly not looking for perfect people, since there are none.

There only a few in the Bible that nothing negative or bad is said about them. Samuel was one of them. What a prophet! “Not a word he said fell to the ground”. That is quite the testimony. The others with this clean record are Enoch, Daniel, Joseph and of course, the only perfect One Jesus.
God bless and thank you!
