Today there are very few people who enjoy a quiet life, since they are going through wars, the rulers and their bad political speech, violence and terrorism are day-to-day occupations. In other cases, what disturbs the peace are injustices, the radical attitudes of people and situations that could be presented at work, at home or between friends and neighbors, spaces that should be places where peace rests, however , the struggle with the other and the battles within themselves as emenigos abounds.

We have seen that there are people who concentrate on finding inner peace in other places, resorting to methods of yoga, meditation, and even contact with nature, unaware that this peace is transient.

The Bible tells us that peace comes from our Creator, who calls it "the God who gives peace" (Romans 15:33). Furthermore, he affirms that we will all enjoy "abundance of peace" when the Kingdom of God rules the Earth (Psalm 72: 7, Matthew 6: 9, 10). It will not be an ephemeral peace, like that obtained with most peace agreements, but it will have a permanent character: God will eliminate the roots of the feelings and attitudes caused by wars and conflicts. No one will ever participate in a war again (Psalm 46: 8, 9). At last we will live in peace!
There is not the slightest doubt that this will be our future, and that of course we would like to enjoy peace in these difficult times.

Verse 7 tells us: "The peace of God that surpasses all thought will guard their hearts and their mental faculties through Jesus Christ." As this peace comes from God, no one can reach it by himself meditating or trying to improve his personality. In addition, it is so powerful that it "exceeds all thought". In other words, it is imposed on our fears and anxieties, which are often due to a limited or erroneous view of things. Even when we do not see the way out of our problems, the peace of God can give us peace of mind, for we have full confidence in the biblical promise that all our difficulties will soon disappear.

GOD Protects our hearts and minds. In Philippians 4: 7. says that the peace of God will keep our hearts and our minds the peace of our Lord acts as a guardian, protects us, cares for us and provides us with tools so that the concerns are only a step to climb, to learn and help each other .

Finally, Philippians 4: 7 concludes by saying that the peace of God will protect us "through Jesus Christ." who plays a fundamental role in the fulfillment of God's purposes. He gave his life to free us from sin and death (John 3:16). In addition, today he occupies the position of King of the Kingdom of God. By understanding all this, our mind and heart are filled with peace.

We must feel calm, because thanks to Jesus, we will reach our Lord, when we find peace with ourselves, when we repent of our sins on earth, and accept our Lord as our only savior. That is why we should not despair or be anguished because nothing will prevent us from having a problem at some point, but knowing that God listens to us, comforts us and guides us to do good on earth ...

I have no doubt that the best is yet to come , because my peace is with God .
