• Loving your neighbor should be as natural as living and breathing.
  Before judging your neighbor, let us place him in our place and us in his, and surely our right and charitable judgment will be.
• He who seeks to ensure the welfare of others, has already secured his own.
  Help your fellows to lift their load, but not to carry it.
• Looking for the good of our fellow find ours.
• Each one asks the Lord to give him a maternal affection towards his neighbor.
• Every time we disparage one of our brothers because he is poor or sick, it is Christ we humiliate.
• Maturity begins to manifest itself when we feel that our concern is greater for others than for us.
• With the love of neighbor, the poor are rich ... if not the rich are poor ...
• When we love our brother with true love ... we love him with a love that comes from God ... And he who does not love his brother is not in love ... and he who is not in love is not in God because God is love ...
• When we have renounced our happiness and content ourselves to see those around us happy, it is perhaps when we begin to be happy.
• When we address someone, let us remember that Christ lives in that person.
• When we try to discover the best in others, we discover the best of ourselves.
• Love of neighbor is our measure of our love for God.
• The greatest gift we can give others is not to share with them
  our wealth, but let them discover their own.
