STEEMCHURCH: STOP FIGHTING AGAINST YOURSELF

How many times we struggle to be different from how we are, how many times we make good intentions because all we want is to be better people or feel better about ourselves!

Your pretensions to change, however laudable they may be, are that, pre-tensions: tensions, goals that you brand that tighten your body preventing you from being relaxed to face reality.

The human beings in our eagerness to fulfill goals, objectives and ideals of "should be", we come to forget over the years that we are vulnerable beings, do not get misinterpreted with weakness. Recognizing your vulnerable essence will allow you to realize that an affective crisis can only be a way that life or God has given you to shape your character: you could be experiencing loneliness, abandonment, resentment, disappointment or frustration, but you know? It is vital to know that since we are born we are vulnerable beings. Let's start by referring to this concept as it goes back to breaking beliefs about a weak man or woman who cries.
Being vulnerable means that a person or community has the capacity to face specific dangerous or harmful events at a given time; it is also a level of our ability to anticipate, survive, resist and recover from the impact of a natural threat or everyday circumstance, involving a combination of factors that determine the degree to which one's life and subsistence is at risk from an event . I could suggest that you do not evade, avoid or be indifferent to your own feeling, since that can generate later somatizations - physical symptoms that take cause in the body when in our mind our reasoning can not internally accommodate or balance a strong emotion or feeling- . Accepting our vulnerable nature makes us stop believing that life is perfect and therefore one must be perfect, because life is a process of perfection, sometimes there are falls that help us to learn to love ourselves more, other of the beliefs that make us invulnerable is to come to think that we are super men or super women, allow yourself to be wrong; that is to say, you already know that making mistakes is human, but give yourself permission to fall on the same stone; you're not worth less for it.
Have patience and understanding with yourself. That understanding that is born of a loving attitude toward yourself, not of the one that is justified with condescension but of the one that is understood by reaching out your hand.
You are not your enemy but your traveling companion, go with us! We will accompany us on the road without putting stones on ourselves, without sabotaging our right to enjoy life with consciousness.

Recognizing your vulnerable essence will allow you to realize that an affective crisis can only be a way of life.....

Wounderful post my friend.

How many times we struggle to be different from how we are, how many times we make good intentions because all we want is to be better people or feel better about ourselves! This is a very good question to ask all ourselves.

You continue to hold yourself back when you keep judging yourself... Weaknesses can be depressing but it can also be conquered.. You just have to make up your mind to do so.

Stop fighting with yourself, why Christians are still fighting, struggling is that they have not surrender it all... Surrender yourself to Jesus and you will be set free

Our vulnerability is made strength through our Lord Jesus Christ. But we must belong to him first. Thanks for the post.

True enough.

We are vulnerable and weak. But we should not worry about it because God perfects our imperfections.

Lets stop chasing who we are not. And let us be who we truly are.

God created us in his own image we shiuld respect our body for it is owned by God himself
