Alot of factors can influence our lives and consequently our reactions on a daily basis, eventually we become an a product of the aggregate of what we have passed through directly or indirectly.
Reactions to events of life is inevitable but should be equal and opposite (a law in Physis), and thus here comes anger, its control and by products as it were.
Eph 4:26-27; anger is not a sin but what we do with it is whats important else the devil takes advantage of Us.we should never allow anger take control of Us.
Do you find yourself overreacting to issues around you? your spouse forgot the milk and you grimace or use sacarstic words, your chikd tracked mud on the floor and you explode? chances are that you are suffering from anger stored up inside of you.
Perhaps you grew up with harsh parents who would stop at nothing to pound you over trivial issues? its sure would reflect in your approach towards other people and consequently your behaviour in a large scale, the bible wisely counsels us not to allow the sun go down on our anger. Often time when i have the opportunity to talk to high school folks and even colleagues at work, i stress on the imperatives of ttansfering such images.jpgsituations to God who also can handle it well enogh to give you peace, talk to him about your emotions, release in its entirety your weakness to him and let him take the wheel indeed, never try to do it on your own, let him help you release the anger from your heart.
letting anger control our hearts is bad and can be damaging to our relationships at all levels especially Marriages.
Let Go and let God
Please say this; Lord, sometimes i experience so much anger over such little things. I know am hurting my spouse, friends and well wishers and colleagues. I dont want to do that anymore, Please forgive me. I release this anger to you. Help me to figure out why i have it and then let it go.
Still Elisedaniels...Love for the Gospel.
