PUTTING GOD FIRST.

What does putting God first mean?
As a christian, we see God as our heavenly father and the head of our life. You know when you wake up, what do you do first? A good number of us will get hold of our telephones to check how steemit is doing, check mails and reply them, check our whatsapp chats and before we know it, our day just started and have begun. Even when you decide to pray after checking all these, trust me the prayer will not be as fervent like when we had just wake up from bed and communicate with your heavenly father.

Who do you talk to when yoh have greater problems? Friends right? Can they solve them for you realy?

Putting God first is you acknowledging the fact that He owns everything about us and He should be aware of what is going on. Some of us might say God is in heaven, He sees all concerning me. It true! God is aware of everything but still he want us to communicate with Him.
Remember in Mathew 7, Jesus said ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find.
Why didn't Christ just assume God knows all what we want and so He should make the provison for us. Friends, but you know sometimes we do not ask God for some certain things before He makes provision of them all, that is who our God is. He is such an unexplainable Father whose ways of doing things we can't know except he chooses to let out the secret to the few ones that trust in Him.

How do you live your normal life? Do you realy depend on God for everything? Do you feel He is too slow for your prayers? God's time is the best, trust me.

HOW DO YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE PUTTING GOD FIRST?
I will share with you tips that help me.

• I have never seen God physically before, but I speak to him like though He was beside me. I view God like a human I cannot see but feel He is around, this helps me to talk more often to Him.

• He is my bestfriend, father, lover, everything you can describe or think of. If you tell me someone is your best friend, the first thing that comes to my mind is your best friend know your in and out, you guys talk on a very close levels. Same with my Father, when I walk, work, sleep, wake, I am always talking to Him. It is not only when you go on your knees you can call on you God. You can call on Him anywhere.

• When there are issues, I quickly say God it is time to do something. I quickly call on Him because I know He can do it. We talk about the issues.

• Putting God first is paying your tithe accordingly.

• putting God first is how you treat people and issues around you. When you put God first, you will do anything to please Him and please His people.

• Putting God first is fleeing from sin.

I PRAY GOD GIVES US THE GRACE TO PUT HIM FIRST IN ALL WE DO AND REMEMBER WE HAVE EVERYTHING AFTER PUTTING GOD FIRST. THE BIBLE SAYS ALL OTHER THINGS WILL BE ADDED UNTO US.

When you wake up in the morning, before anything talk to God.
