After we are filled, we get to the place depicted as being full. The sacred writing says in Ephesians 5:18 "and be not smashed with wine, wherein is abundance, but rather be loaded with the Spirit".

There is a reason God needs us to be loaded with the Spirit each and every day. In that place depicted as "being full of the Holy Spirit", we live in the environment of heaven and work in the domain of God. There is no dread, uneasiness, depression, infection, or persecution there.
