The Spirit of Wisdom
The wisdom which Jesus Christ has ordained unto the glory of His church in our days is neither a product of academic exercise nor a function of mental exertions.
This wisdom is a spirit inspired and packages in a mystery which the Holy Spirit administers to the saints. The apostle prayed,
"That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:".
The spirit of wisdom is the heritage of every one who is born of God. We all have equal access to this wisdom. This wisdom operates without respect for age, color, education, experience, station or status.
Joshua was a young man with reckon among the ranks and file of officers in Israel. He was not one of the seventy elders neither was he a member of the council that administered Israel. He was introduced as "...Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses..." From being a personal Assistant , he became a distinguished prophet and leader over God's people when the spirit of Wisdom came upon him.
The book of Job 28 vs 7-11 says that;
7 There is a path which no fowl knoweth, and which the vulture's eye hath not seen:
8 The lion's whelps have not trodden it, nor the fierce lion passed by it.
9 He putteth forth his hand upon the rock; he overturneth the mountains by the roots.
The spirit of God is essentially the spirit of wisdom. In Isaiah chapter 11, the Bibles says that ;
There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse,
And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
2 The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him,
The Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The Spirit of counsel and might,
The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.
3 His delight is in the fear of the Lord,
And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes,
Nor decide by the hearing of His ears
When you closely observe the ministry of Jesus Christ in the gospels , you will notice His exploits are traceable to this prophetic scripture.
All the innumerable and many sided, varying works of God are products of His wisdom. They are practical exhibition of His expertise, skillfullness and craftiness and so we must possess it. Psalm 104 vs 24 exposes this to us;
O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

The first function or operation of the Mind of Christ, produced by the Spirit of the Lord in us, is the Spirit of Wisdom. The Spirit of Wisdom is simply all of God's supernatural Thoughts that He has already placed in our hearts at our new birth. Hebrews 8:10 says that God inscribes or engraves His Word in our hearts. God's Wisdom is His supernatural intelligence-His secret knowledge. God's Wisdom is like a hidden "mystery" that can only be revealed by God's Spirit.
God's Wisdom is not a wisdom of the world, because it can't be bought, it can't be studied for, or earned. There are many highly intelligent men who have exhaustive knowledge of the world's wisdom, but are completely ignorant of God's Wisdom, His Thoughts and His Word. Job 32:9 says, "Great men are not always wise:..."
God's Wisdom is the foundation of our lives and the basis upon which the rest of our spiritual "house" will be built. Proverbs 24:3 validates this when it says, "through wisdom a house is built..." So, whether we realize it or not, God's Word (His Wisdom) must be our sustenance, our nourishment, our food, and our life's bread.

Looking for the intelligence of God is the response to every last person. On the off chance that we can turn our heart to Him and enable His Word to direct us, we will carry on with an existence completely grasped with God's affection and knowledge.

Seeking the wisdom of God is the answer to each and every individual. If we can turn our heart to Him and allow His Word to guide us, we will live a life totally embraced with God’s love and wisdom.
