Who is the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is a divine personality. This can be seen in Roman 8:27 which says:

Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

The Holy Spirit is also the power of God at work in the believer. Can be seen in Acts 10:38

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

The Holy Spirit is also the third person in the trinity.

For there are three that bears witness on heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.

How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

The Holy Spirit is the omini science this can be seen in 1Corinthians 2:10

But God revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.

The Holy Spirit is the Ominipotent and all powerful. This can be seen in Luke 1 : 35a

And the Angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the highest will over shadow you;

The Holy Spirit is the Ominipresent. The Holy Spirit does things that only can do; He enables men to receive salvation:

Jesus answered, " Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the spirit is spirit.
Do not marvel that I said to you , 'you must be born again'

John 3:5-7

The Holy Spirit reproves the world, cast out devils and raises the dead.

The Seven Dimension Of The Holy Spirit.

1. The declaration stage. That is the anointing stage.

2. The preparation stage.

3. The Spirit of Wisdom

4. The Spirit of understanding

5. The Spirit of discernment

6. The Spirit of knowledge

7. The manifestation stage.

Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went through all the surrounding region.

Luke 4:14

When the anointing came upon Jesus Christ God declare His sonship.

And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily from like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from Heaven which said, "you are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased".

Luke 3:22-23

In Luke 4:1-9. Jesus was lead to the wilderness to go and prepare for the mandate assignment upon His life and He receive the structure of commitment , and then he return with the power of the Holy Spirit His preparation and He go to the world to manifest His calling.

You cannot flows in the anointing until you receive the wisdom preparation.
