I got the script below and I am grateful to the person that sent it. I love this - I hope you too.
An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which she carried across her neck. One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water.

At the end of the long walks from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full. For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water. Of course , the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments.

But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it could only do half of what if had been made to do. After two years of what it perceived to be a bitter failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream. 'I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house.' The old woman smiled, "Did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side?" 'That's because I have always known about your flaws, so I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and everyday while we walk back, you water them.' 'For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you been just the way you are , there would not be this beauty to grace the house.'

What an allegory! (An allegory is a story or event description which is not real but represents a DEEP spiritual or moral meaning. Our Lord Jesus Christ Himself in the Gospel used a lot of allegories).
Always remember that Charlotte Bronte said: "I am not an angel and I will not be one till I die. I will be myself". Indeed, it is the MESS in us that God uses to produce our MESSAGE. Never condone your weaknesses but never condemn yourself either. Be happy with being you. Know that you are just as imperfect as anyone else on this planet. The flaws and the mistakes you made are the real you. Your flaws are awesome or rather "FLAWESOME" Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and flaws which each of us have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take each person for what he is and look for the good in him. So, to all of my cracked pot friends.
(Psalm 105:13-22) implies that God has not finished with any of us. He is the potter, you are the clay. As long as you don't brag about that weakness forever, God will turn you from what you are to what you should be. Nobody is allowed to depress you because they are not your POTTER. Learn from your flaws. In fact, there was a time, paradise (Heaven) had flaws (paradisical flaws, if you like). Every alert flaws in your is a raw materials in the hands of God. In your flaws (human weakness or disadvantage) is hidden your strength. And since you are not perfect yourself, why must you judge others?
You have no ego to judge others. Your perfect imperfection will lead you to change. Beauty isn't being flawless, it is shining even through your flaws. What you consider a flaw might be God's spanner of creation even when it is unchangeable. Those who hate you look out for your weaknesses and faults and throw them against you but your job is to love yourself because you are wonderfully and beautifully made. Hear what Alinsinha said: "You are strong when you know your weaknesses. You are beautiful when you appreciate your flaws. You are wise when you learn from your mistakes."
Your imperfection made you perfect, your insecurity made you secured and your flaws made you flawless. Never again go around people who run down. Move away from them. There are millions who believe in you as you are and God will lead you to them very soon. Refuse to change to please anyone. Just be simple, original and unique in your own way. Send a mail or text to someone today and tell them, "Don't underrate me. God has not finished with me yet. I am the best in the world. I am unique and original, never to die a photocopy".
So to all my cracked pot friends, have a great day and remember to smell the flowers on your side of the path.
Cheers
