Now God who provides seed for the sower and bread for food will provide and multiply your supply of seed and will cause the harvest of your righteousness to grow ( 2 Corinthians 9: 10)

One of my observations in the faith is that most of us Christians don't know the way to prosper and unfortunately those who teach us teach us for selfish gain and move us on the wrong ways. And most of the time, even when we receive the true teachings, we struggle to apply them or unable to apply them. Not withstanding, the truth still remains that God desires to prosper and enrich us, His people, because He Himself is not only holy, but also rich and generous. Moreover, our prosperity and riches were covered by the Cross of our redemption. We were not only saved from sin and satan, but were also released to prosper and become wealthy.
And the Lord in accordance with His laws of seed time and harvest time, winter and Summer, supply us with

- seeds to be sown on a good field for harvest and

- bread for food to sustain us.

He then intentionally multiply and increase the seeds sown and the harvest to come out of it.
His goal is to enrich us, prosper us and bless us materially, righteously so that we become bigger, and better and greater as we abound in good works and service which bring thanksgiving and glory to His name.
Where most of us lack understanding and discernment is in separating the seed from the bread, the seedtime from the harvest time, and the opportunities we have so that we can sow and the fertile fields where we can sow the seeds. Our failure in these amount to our wallowing in lack and needs. But the good news is that we still have hope as we begin the second half of the year. We are going to have seeds to sow, opportunity to sow and fields to sow to. And as we do this obediently, and in faith and watering it with prayer, we will not end the year empty handed nor will our God allow the devourer to destroy our harvests, or will He permit those who think it is in their power to harm us to succeed.
So let's begin this second half of the year with the truth of God's word and it shall be well with us, for God watches over His word to perform it, and it's His blessing that makes a man rich, even in times of famine and economic depression.
By the authority vested in me as the servant of the Lord, I confer on you the blessing of the Lord, and release your harvests to manifest in Jesus name.

So as you go through the day and live life, begin the seed planting and sowing now and your labor and work in the Lord will never be in vain. May the Lord supply you with seeds now and may He cause your harvests to increase and abound powerfully, and plentiful this year in Jesus name. Amen

pray this prayer

Thank you Father for the seeds, the bread and the grace and opportunities to sow. In accordance with the truth of God's word, bring about a turn around in our financial and material circumstances and let them abound plentiful, powerful and abundantly. Stop the devourer now Lord and cause his power to harm us to be broken. Let your face shine on us and be gracious and generous to us this year in Jesus name. Amen

The blessing of Lord will make me rich and prosperous in Jesus name. Amen
