TOPIC: Understanding Sorrow, Delay- Prov13:12.

WISDOM NUGGETS FOR DAILY LIVING.

Delays are painful deferments, discontinuation, interruption, setbacks, postponements, suspension, shelving, obstruction, stoppage, retardation, withholding or tarrying of the desires and sweet expectations of man, in such a manner that propels or begets sorrow in the life of the affected- Pro13:19a.

One of the avenues through which sorrow creeps into the life of the elect is through delay in the manifestation of God's promises- Ps90:14.
It is noteworthy however that growing in the grace of God through waiting can reduce appreciably, if not completely eschew the attendant sorrow brought by delay- Ps27:14, Is40:31.

All it takes is for the elect to circumspectly wait in the following divinely approved manner.....
Have Faith while waiting- Heb11:6
Pray while waiting- 1Thes5:17
Work while waiting- Jam2:14-17
Rejoice while waiting- Phil4:4
Sow while waiting- Gen26:1-6,12-13
Trust God more while waiting- Job13:15
Speak the word while waiting- 2Tim4:2.
Any delay confronted head on with the above and more, will breed little or no sorrow at all in the life of the discerning- Ps30:5.
Sorrowful by Choice?

Father, let every delay in my life give birth to a miracle this season in Jesus unfailing name.

Delay isn't denial. Remember, Jabez. Though he was delayed he wasn't denied and he prayed a prayer that can be found in 1.Chron. 4:10.

And because of that, God had to step in to his case. If I was created in the image of God, then am a small god . Am a living word! Am a walking bomb!! . You know why?

The Gospel of John, speaks when he spoke, "In the beginning was the word and the word was God".

And that has made me, to know in the possibility that I can't be stopped cause I leave in his beauty and it reflects in everything I do and you do.
