Madefax in Gospel : A HEART OF THANKSGIVING

Collossians 3 VS 15-16
Evening steemit friends, i want to greet you happy Sunday, and hope you really enjoy your day today?

Well at the RCCG world wide, we normally experience what we called Thanksgiving Sunday today been the first Sunday of the month of May, as it is also observed in all first Sunday of every month's of the year.

Thanksgiving is the act of showing gratitude for the benefits received from God or human. The act of saying thank you for blessings or helps received from people around us, far away distances or most especially from God divine.

Of course we all know that it is not easy to show love by sharing what you have with others, but it is only done by the grace of the almighty God.

   Who and Why should we give thanks?

• it is an act of showing great fullness to either God or man, who has rightly blessed your life.

• Gratitude should be shown to God for the safety of our lives, homes and families
  If not for God on our side, what will our Isreal be saying!.
  I even testified in church today cos God saved me from evil and destructive nightmares, and he gave me victory over my spiritual battles.

• We need to thank God for the sound health we share!
  Our experiences compared to what is going on around us, shows us that good health is not automatic except given from above.
  The headache, stomachache, coughs, pains and all sorts that we experienced and later gets healthy of, has killed millions of people! And the actual fact is that, we went through more pains, than those that later died of the ailment, so can you see its not your right?.

• Show gratitude to God because he has delivered you from destruction of the enemies.
  Enemies task and mission according to the Bible is to steal, to kill and to destroy!
  So the fact that you are alive worths giving thanks for.
  I thought somebody will shout hallelujah!

• We need to appreciate our maker, because he provides for our needs.
  The provision of food, shelter, clothings, money, wife, children, life, comfort and absence of havoc worths celebration before God our father.
  The provisions of All this mentioned above is beyond the scientific proof of nature.
  So many people has acted according to the dictates of science in other to get what they desire, but all proved abortive.
  So it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that showed his mercy.

I guess we need to meditate upon this little and short exaltation, expantiate it and digest it with the help of holy spirit.

As i pray that God almighty, will always give us genuine reasons to thank him all the days of our lives in Jesus name, amen.
Stay blessed and always make sure you are ever grateful to God, and give him thanks at all times and seasons, for psalms 107 VS 1 says, Oh give thanks to the lord, for he is good, and his mercies endureth for evermore! Even thank him for benefits yet to be received., cos God lives in the praises of his people, hallelujah.
