The perspective of Jesus

in steemchurch •  5 years ago  (edited)

Jesus wants to open our hearts to the logic of the Father's love, which is free and generous. It is about being amazed and fascinated by the "thoughts" and the "ways" of God that, as the prophet Isaiah reminds us, are not our thoughts and are not our ways. Human thoughts are often marked by selfishness and personal interests and our narrow and tortuous ways are not comparable to the wide and righteous ways of the Lord. He uses mercy, forgives widely, is full of generosity and kindness that pours on each of us, opens to all the territories of his love and his immeasurable grace, which can only give the human heart the fullness of joy.

Jesus wants us to contemplate the look of that boss: the look with which he sees each of the workers waiting for work and calls them to go to his vineyard. It is a look full of attention, of benevolence; it is a look that calls, that invites us to get up, to get going, because it wants life for each one of us, it wants a full life, occupied, saved from emptiness and inertia. God who does not exclude anyone and wants each one to reach its fullness.

You are right Apostle D. Marcelo, at times our thoughts are marked by selfishness and greediness that have really waved of the love of God that we should have for mankind, It is my fervent prayer and wish that God will open our eyes well to realise some of these mistakes we normally commit in life, Amen!

Thanks brother
