Hello steemians friends.

A few days ago I'm posting a post from @tusiko, where he manifests his non-belief in God, he explained in his post, all this news that we have been reading and hearing in recent years about the sexual abuse of priests, priests and parents in the churches with respect to their altar servers and assistants; Those children who fulfilled certain functions in the church, in the moments of the masses, those children who wanted to be priests, who felt love and attraction towards God and therefore dreamed sometime in getting into the priesthood and being priests.

It is true that all these events have occurred, and I understand your point of view. It is true that many sins are committed in the church. It is true that the vision of the church has been lost as time goes by. It is true that modernity and technology have allowed us to visualize what really happens within this ecclesiastical environment.

But I see it as facts of the daily life of each one of us, not because they are priests escape the everyday life, the feelings of the human being, the desires of man as a natural being, the thoughts that emerge from our mind in our lives.

I see it as an organization that is losing itself in time and technology and modernity are eating away at its true functions.
We know that these events have happened for decades, but the church was so powerful that the mothers and fathers of the affected children hid it out of respect for the priest and the congregation.

They believed that if they told these facts most people would not believe it and call them crazy or impure. It is evident that the parents, or the priests, could not have these actions because, according to the parishioners, they were led by God and God could not allow these aberrant acts to happen.

Psychologists say that these acts of sexual abuse have always occurred in humanity, but they were hidden, nobody commented on these. It was shameful that these events could happen and it was feared that they would not believe, apart from exposing the person who suffered him to an eternal shame that would affect his life forever.

Something like what happens with politics or with extraterrestrials or in our own families, we stop telling real facts and make comments of faint-hearted facts to avoid the pain of others' disbelief.

The fact is that these daily events have caused people to lose confidence in the church, in parents, in priests, in priests.

I remember perfectly when I was 12 years old, my mother did not believe in the priests, in the church, in the nuns and I asked her one day when she made her negative comments about it. - Why did not she believe in priests? and she answered me by telling me a little story. She told me that when she was little, she saw a priest kissing with a nun in a chapel in her town.

My mother did not believe in the masses, in the church, in the priests, in fact she said that when she died, they did not take her to church because she did not believe in the priests.

And I can interpret all this situation and I have analyzed it and I realize that we do not believe in them, but DO WE LEAVE BELIEVING IN GOD?

And that is what happens, we have stopped believing in the church, in the parents, in the priests, in the priests, but we have not lost faith in God.

I have realized that when a person speaks of a fact that has always been expressed by thanking God: "Thank God I could win, or Thank God I could achieve it, Thank God I found that work, or Thank God I recovered , or Thank God I'm fine, Thank God I arrived without problems"

We thank God constantly for something good that happens to us, because we believe in him, he is a supreme being that we do not see, nor listen to, but we focus our hopes on him when we have problems, so I see it as an approach where that being We know that it is there, although it does not see us, it helps us from a space that is not visible to us.

Is it that we focus our hopes on ourselves to overcome the problems and we wrap ourselves in that GOD THAT WE NEED TO BE PROTECTED?

It's like when we get married, WE DO IT FOREVER AND PRAY THAT WE WILL NEVER BETRAY OUR COUPLE, AND IT RESULTS THAT IF WE BETRAY OUR COUPLE AND YES WE DIVORCE.

Because nobody is exempt from anything, we are not Gods to be perfect, but we know one that is, but since we do not see it, then it is rejected?

The fact is that we need to believe in something and that something is GOD.

I respect the position of the atheists, I have a son who thinks the same thing, he does not believe in God, but I am sure he relies on when he needs it. I have seen him when he is sorry, he stands in the patio of the house, raises his arms to the sky and sighs deeply ... (He is asking God for help, in silence).

But it is good to believe in something, our body needs to take off the burden, needs to free our mind, that is why we need to tell our things to someone, some things that afflict us or make us happy.

That is why we need to lean on something, something good that helps us to sustain ourselves and continue with less burden, to walk a less thorny path, and that is how we can trust, totally, in ourselves to solve our own problems ...

So, friend to trust someone or something, is not bad. We need to do it to release our feelings, and that something or someone we call GOD, then God is good and GOD IF IT HELPS US AND IF IT SUPPORTS US.

Very good response @ Marisolana, although Christianity is responsible for giving good credit of Christian values, does not mean that if they give bad testimony, God is guilty for that. Unfortunately people generalize without any consideration of the parties involved, the fact that a plane falls, does not mean that all aeronautical engineers are bad, the fact that a doctor does a malpractice does not mean that all doctors are bad. Likewise, if a Christian commits an aberration, it does not mean that all Christians without evil. Even less will God be bad for the nefarious behavior of creatures. Your response is very good and you can add this one. Greetings and blessings.
