Faithful

Support as a permanent figure, like a nurse or parent. Morally true and trustworthy. Steadfast

God is not moody, but slow to anger. He is Faithful, not because we are faithful, but because it is Who He is. Consistent and Faithful. Never changing and trustworthy.
