In Matthew we can also see Jesus was referred to as the “Son of David” and the “Son of God”

Mat 1:1 The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.

Mat 2:15 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.
