The believer and the church without the Holy Spirit is an empty believer because our power comes from the Holy spirit.It is very important for us to understand how the power of the Holy Spirit will always dwell with us.

Let get to understand that since our power comes from the Holy spirit, He always dwell in us.
The meaning of indwell is to reside within the body of every believer.

Of all the truth revealed to us is the scriptures, one of the most striking and blessed is that God himself resides within the body of every believer.A Christian is the temple of the Holy spirit .If you have trusted the Lord Jesus for salvation, the third person of the trinity lives within you.This is not a blessing a reserved only for those who have undergone some special kind of sanctification experience, rather it is for everyone who has receive the Lord Jesus as savior. At the very moment we place our faith in Christ, the Holy Spirit takes up His abode within us.The believer can confidently say,"This body of mine is the temple of God because the Holy Spirit dwells within."

The lord Jesus ,anticipating that time when followers would be indwelt by the spirit of God, spoken to His disciples shortly before His crucifixion as follows:

John 14:15-17

I want you to notice that last phrase in the particular in speaking about the Holy Spirit, the Lord Jesus told his followers ,"He dwells with you"(That is the way it was before pentecost ) and shall be in you (That is the way it has always been after pentecost)

In his first letter to believers at Corinth, the apostle Paul had this to say about the indwell presence of the Holy Spirit spirit of God.".... You body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is you" 1 Corinthians 6 :19

The fact that the Holy Spirit has taken up residence within the body of each believer is both comfronting and arresting.
It is encouraging to realize that the spirit of God ,the blessed third person of the trinity ,has chosen to dwell within these bodies of ours.
This glorious truth also provides us with a tremendous incentive to make sure that our bodies are kept morally clean.
As Gods temple temple they must never be used as instrument of sin.
The knowledge that a Heavenly guest lives within and that He is perfect in holiness ,should have a purifying and sanctifying effect.

A Holy God has actually taken up residence within us and makes these bodies of ours very special.As temples of the living God ,they are scared.And no matter where we go or what we do ,the Holy spirit remains within us.since He dwells our bodies ,He is involved in our every action,that is why we must never allow our bodies to become involved immorality.

Let live a life worthy of the lord to enable the Holy spirit dwell in us each day...
