Luke 10:25-27
25And a lawyer stood up and put Him to the test, saying, “Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” 26And He said to him, “What is written in the Law? How does it read to you?” 27And he answered, “YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND; AND YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.”

The good Samaritan in Jesus parable set a worthy example. He stopped to help a Jewish man even though he knew that Jews despised Samaritans. He acted sacrificially as he took a risk by stopping on that road. He too could have been attacked by robbers.
If we take the teaching of Jesus seriously, we too will sacrifice our time and money to help all people. Even where the help is not dramatic, we can sacrifice our time and money to help others.
We can offer kindness to a discourage person, a dying AIDS patient, or show mercy to others to express our gratitude to God above all and our neighbours as ourselves.
My brethren, today getting involved, even when it means taking a risk is good risk. When you do good to other people, God would definitely show you mercy too.
