Beautiful thoughts Francis. The first Adam set the tone for the human condition and we had nothing to do with it, but we were subject to his act of treason until the second Adam (Jesus Christ) who is full of Grace and Truth came to fix the problem. So by accepting this as truth, we believe right and the consequence of believing right is acting right. Thank God.
