Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 says two are better than one, for they have a good reward for their labour. If one falls, the other will lift him up. It is a terrible thing to have nobody with whom to share your joy. It is even more terrible to have no one with whom to share your burdens... God is willing to caret your burdens for you.

A person cannot carry his burdens alone, when such person allow God to carry his burden only then can he be free.
And I like the metaphor about two persons sharing your burden to.
