FULFILLING THE ROYAL CALL

1peter 2:8-9 "and, A stone that causes people to stumble and a rock that makes them fall.
They stumble because they disobey the message which is also what they were destined for. (9) But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light"
Many people has always say that God has not called them so they decided not to work for God, they continue to say in their heart that its non of my business but its not until God call you u will start working for him.
He has appointed us before we were born, so its left to us to find ourselves in all our ways back to God. The day is still young, you can still decide to work for God, because a time is coming when you won't be able to do anything.

God called us a royal being, which indicates how precious we are in the hand of God. (1peter 1:15-16)"But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; 16 for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy”. This scripture indicates that Hod want us to be holy and he his only because your holiness can bring people back to christ and this generally made you a priest of God. So has God call you? No! But he has appointed you to be his vessel on earth to bring back the the lost sheep.

We are all given different gift, from God, which God want us to use for his purpose in winning soul back to Christ. The following are gift of God towards our life that is needed for his royal call:
i. Counselling
ii. Singing
iii. Teaching
iv. Your Attitude e.t.c

Please let us utilize our time to listen to his royal call from God by serving God the way we should. While some are fun of carrying their bible only on Sundays and during the week day they do not know God and some are also yearly, which is once per year December 31st only and they say in their mind that they are fulfilling the royal call, they are deceiving themselves and not God.

How Do We Fulfill the Royal Call:

1). We must be a true disciple of Christ:

Luke 9:23 says " Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me". We must carry our cross and follow him, to preach to the world the gospel of Christ which is the heart beat of Christ.
But before we can be a disciple of Christ we must first deny ourselves of the things of the world and forsake them in order to follow Christ.

2). Teach The Nation:
For us to teach the nation we must be holy, by giving our life to Christ because What you don't have, you can't give.

3). Forsake Other Things and Follow Him:

2 timothy 4:6-8 "6 For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time for my departure is near. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing".
Immediately someone dies, that is the end of story because God will ask you how you have spent your talent,and this will be done on the day of judgement.
So make haste now to fulfill his Royal call .
