As We Steemit On Steemchurch, God Takes Notice

Then those who feared the LORD talked with each other, and the LORD listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the LORD and honored his name.
“On the day when I act,” says the LORD Almighty, “they will be my treasured possession. I will spare them, just as a father has compassion and spares his son who serves him. (Malachi 3:16-17)

These encouraging verses came after a very ugly scenery. This time in Israel was very awful time. Many had backslided and turned their back on God. Others who were holding on were doing it halfhearted.
Things were so bad in Israel that some folks felt it was useless to serve God (Malachi 3:14), and were even celebrating those who did evil (Malachi 3:15). But in this very situation, God spoke to the prophet concerning the faithful who feared God and sought to serve Him despite the perversion around going on around them. The above verses highlight the beautiful thoughts that God had of them.

Our world today are similar to Malachi’s era. Everything seems twisted. Many are discouraged and do not see the need to love, serve, or fear God any longer. Evil pervades the land and the bad guys are celebrated and rewarded while the faithful are mocked. These circumstances can at times weary the faint-hearted followers.

Dear Child of God, although you may be a minority in the place where you are planted, God takes notice.

Don’t give up on God. Continue to reverence him in all your do. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil Prov.8:13 .

Others might have chosen to give up and follow the world and its pleasure, God takes notice. Matt. 10:22
So let us not lose faith. Gal.6:9

Remember, they talked to one another. They talked about God’s faithfulness, and as they talked God listened
