Focusing attention on the the scriptures, 2 Corinthians 10:5 says:
Casting down imaginations [reasonings], and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity each thought to the obedience of Christ.
Many people’s minds haven't been revived with the Word of God. they will be saved, full of the Holy Ghost, and members of a Full Gospel church, however their minds still got to be revived with the Word of God.
2 Corinthians 10:4 and 5 of the Bible says:
For the weapons of our warfare aren't carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong satanic holdings; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the status of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.”
Many people are in an exceedingly battle between their head and their heart. this can be spiritual warfare, and these verses say that our weapons aren't carnal, or natural. They’re not guns, swords, or perhaps fists. however our weapons are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Cor. 10:4).
Paul is relating “casting down imaginations.” Imaginations can even be translated reasonings, that involve people’s minds.
As long as supernatural being will hold you within the arena of reason, he’ll defeat you in each battle. however, if you battle satan in the realm of faith, you’ll defeat him in each battle. however does one do that? The Scripture says to “cast down imaginations (reasonings).”
Join me in This Confession:
I cast down imaginations and reasonings. I bring each thought captive to the obedience of Saviour Jesus Christ. If the thought doesn’t line up with the Word of God, I reject it. I believe and think on only what God’s Word says.
